DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

We know you can’t wait to get your hands on your silk goodies. We will dispatch your order as soon as possible and provide you with the shipping details at the earliest.

We provide free shipping to everybody residing in India. We also provide Cash on Delivery to most parts of India. Although, we apologize if we are unable to cover your pin code due to logistic constraints.

You could expect your order anytime from 6 to 12 days after your order is dispatched.  Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email where you could track your parcel. Sometimes, due to unavoidable circumstances, such as bad weather conditions, international flight cancellations, flight schedule delays, transnational bag locks, riots or local unrest to name a few, your parcel might be delayed. Please bear with us that natural calamities are an Act of God and we would be helpless in such a situation.

We will provide you with the "Proof of Delivery" for your order. However, we are also not responsible for packages that show as "Delivered" to you but are lost or not received by you.  Please check the tracking details to see who has received the parcel at the address given by you. 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING 

We provide expedited or 48 hour shipping for a small amount of INR 300 all over India. However, expedited shipping is available only for prepaid orders. Please email us at info@dameessentials.com or WhatsApp us at +919875976353 to know more.

We close all delivery cases in three months from the date of your order. In case of any queries after this time period, please contact the delivery partner directly for order statuses and we claim no responsibility for invalid AWBS after three months from the date of order.

CHANDIGARH SHIPPING

For Chandigarh, we also provide "6 Hour Express Shipping". If you place your order with us before 3 PM IST, we will send it to you within six hours. If you place your order after 3 PM IST, your order will be shipped the next day. Please make sure to mention this when you are at Check Out.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, we use a standard shipping rate of USD 15 for orders upto a value of USD 199. All orders with a value of USD 200 and above qualify for free international shipping. International orders usually take about 10 to 20 days to reach depending on the country from where you order. Shipping fees is non refundable.

We take no responsibility for clearing customs in your country and the extra charges you may incur due to the same. Please check with your local authorities before you place your order.

RETURNS

At Dame Essentials, your satisfaction is our first priority. We will go out of our way to provide you with the best quality product. However, if you do not like our product, you may send it back to us within 30 days of receiving it on the following address. Please note that shipping fee is non refundable.

Please ensure that the product is unused, not torn or manhandled due to human error. We will not accept products which are filthy, used, torn or in bad condition.

If you do not like our quality and want to return your order within 30 days, we will ask you no questions and happily refund your payment. Pre Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed only.

All customised orders must be cancelled within 24 hours after the order has been placed post which no refund/exchange/cancellation is available.

Any product bought with the use of a discount code is only valid for exchange or store credit. We don't offer cash refund for the same.

All Pure Silk Face Masks, Hairbands, Bedding sets and hair turbans are non returnable or exchangeable.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are refundable for a period of 30 days only. They are redeemable only on our website when you purchase our products.

DAMAGES

Dame Essentials is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
