I had read and heard a lot about the benefits of dry brushing before shower. But it’s only when I tried it out for myself I felt the difference it made to my skin. Using the brush in circular strokes not only feels good but also exfoliates dead skin cells and improves blood circulation. You can either dry brush for 5-10 minutes before shower or use it with your shower gel in bath.

Jojoba oil
Everyone is always talking about how beneficial jojoba oil is. It’s present in most of your skincare and hair care products and every spa therapist vouches for it. In all honesty, it is a fab ingredient. I have extremely dry skin on legs that are prone to open comedone. I started using jojoba oil during winter and it instantly made my skin softer and reduced the dark, hideous pores to a great extent. The best bit is that it is non-greasy and absorbs quickly.

Silk pillowcase
I recently found out that the reason for my frizzy hair was my cotton pillowcase, apart from the humidity, of course. It also keeps your skin hydrated and allows your night products to work better.
